Originally hailing from the UK, JoAnne  made significant strides in the Residential Care Industry by developing a thriving business that included two care homes, a group home, and an innovative day care facility. This facility was pioneering in its approach, as it provided adults with disabilities the opportunity to engage in meaningful work by creating products for sale at craft markets. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, JoAnne pursued academic studies in Psychology and Sociology at the university level, further enriching her understanding of human behavior and social dynamics.

JoAnne embarked on a transformative personal journey when she relocated from the UK to the US in her mid-30s. Amidst the challenges of a difficult divorce and a child custody battle, she found herself in a new city, unfamiliar but full of potential. Despite knowing no one and entering a completely new business field, JoAnne’s determination led her to succeed. Though she faced the emotional toll of losing the custody battle she sought growth and healing through various personal development seminars. These experiences, though challenging, have equipped JoAnne with deep empathy and a rich tapestry of life experiences, enabling her to serve as a compassionate and insightful coach for others navigating their own life challenges.

At one point, JoAnne found herself disenchanted with selling real estate. However, in 2015, everything changed when she met Dr. Cherie Carter-Scott and Michael Pomijee. Through their Coach Training Program, JoAnne discovered her genuine passion for helping others. This revelation transformed her perspective, allowing her to see the noble vocation in assisting people with buying and selling homes. By applying the tools and techniques she learned, JoAnne successfully shifted her mindset and ultimately fell in love with her work.
